@_claypot My issue with the show is that every scene is 30 seconds or less. We’re split between like 4 storylines and none of them actually get time to breathe. No time to actually connect to any of the characters

@FennellJW @Sadler99 Actual blokes in deployable pids at section/team/troop level who aren’t downgraded paints a very different image of the true deployable figure

@ResonantSW @Sadler99 One Cdo is committed to maritime security, so there are only two that can be used to form battlegroups right now. Each of those with enablers is about 1,500. So it looks like a full Cdo BG would be deployed to Norway.

@ResonantSW @FennellJW It’s really not as bad as the media and MOD say it’s how they push a recruitment drive. Are the numbers down from 10 years ago? Yes. But they aren’t doing anything to increase them either but that’s the government to blame. They shouldn’t have to lower entry requirements.

@FennellJW There’s way more than 1500 active personnel in the corps right now + this is spread over the whole year not 1500 at one time I have a few mates over there now and it’s only small units of like 30-50 lads

This is a clean example of why relative performance matters more than being “right” on a single name. You didn’t make the decision in a vacuum. You reallocated from Kraken Robotics into Ondas Holdings based on where capital would work harder from that point forward. That’s portfolio management, not stock picking. What most people miss is that execution matters more than optics. You sold $KRKNF at a small loss and added to $ONDS above your average. Psychologically, that’s hard for most traders. But markets don’t reward comfort. They reward correct reassessment. The result speaks for itself. Since those decision points, one position delivered modest upside, the other delivered near double. The opportunity cost of staying put would have been far larger than the realized loss you took to rotate. This is also a good reminder that average cost is not destiny. What matters is where incremental dollars are deployed. You optimized for forward returns, not for defending an old thesis or protecting ego. Good traders focus on being right eventually. Good allocators focus on being positioned correctly now. This was the latter, and the math confirms it.

I still like $KRKNF, but selling out of it and rolling the money into $ONDS was the right decision. My average cost for $KRKNF was $4.47 My average cost for $ONDS is $7.25 $KRKNF is up 29% from my old average. $ONDS is up 93% from my current average. I actually sold my $KRKNF shares at a small loss across 2 or 3 transactions, and bought $ONDS above my average cost, but it’s still been a better trade despite that. Exited $KRKNF around $4 and added to $ONDS around $8, so +44% vs +75% since those prices.
Chris Ray@itschrisray

Chose to exit my $KRKNF position this morning to reallocate the funds to positions I have more conviction in. I was planning for this to happen pretty much regardless of earnings results, but definitely would’ve been nicer to exit after a pop instead of a drop. Quarterly revenue missed expectations and investors appear concerned about the CapEx spend in the near term. Ultimately I’m still bullish on this company and think the stock will do well in the long term. I just have much higher conviction in other names like $ONDS and $LMND. Good luck to everyone still holding! 🫡

The less you eat, drink and buy books; the less you go to the theatre, the dance hall, the public house; the less you think, love, theorise, sing, paint, fence, etc., the more you save – the greater becomes your treasure which neither moths nor rust will devour – your capital. The less you are, the less you express your own life, the more you have, i.e., the greater is your alienated life, the greater is the store of your estranged being. Everything which the political economist takes from you in life and in humanity, he replaces for you in money and in wealth; and all the things which you cannot do, your money can do.

Lulu and her 4 kids get £333.33/month per child, £1,600/month for any possible rents, £2,884/month universal credit, £1,271.68/month spending money, and more. Lulu makes more than the average middle-class British citizen working a 9 hr shift, 6 days a week. Lulu doesn't have any skills, she's permanently unemployed, and will be a burden to British taxpayers, the rest of her entire family's lives. Lulu demands better conditions, the English are torturing her, as everything that's been given (with no strings attached) to her is not enough.

@philthemod67 @WorldByWolf We’ve got Hyrox and CrossFit for that. I do wonder why people join but “to protect one’s country” doesn’t have the ring of truth it used to. More like “to protect fellow passport holders wherever they’re from” is more accurate.

@HoviSnow @goDieXB @untamed_man1 @TrilliamClinton Just because running/boxing/wrestling at a high HR is hard doesn’t mean it’s productive cardio. It’s not about the activity it’s about the effect on the heart. Zonal HR training is the effective measure of effectiveness. Low impact sports are better as you can recover faster.

@goDieXB @untamed_man1 @TrilliamClinton Stair master & other alternatives for cardio was made to avoid running. No one likes running which is why it’s the most effective form of cardio. Just like no one likes squatting so other alternatives for leg workouts were made, they all work but none as effective as squatting.

We reached the final step on the escalation ladder. The Pentagon gave Ukraine permission to strike targets deep inside of Russia with ATACMS missiles. They can only be operated with US satellite targeting assistance. “Washington is now a direct party to the war.” Moscow says.
