@premierinn been charged twice. Guest relations super rude and unhelpful. Clearly admin error but you are refusing to refund. Charged for a booking ref that was never made or confirmed and still no refund. Just rudeness and gaslighting.

Double charged, no apology, no refund, no communication other thar being mildly threatened by Guest Relations and told to call the police. So so rude!! Daylight robbery. £ back 🙏🏽
