@ParentPay hi, can you explain how to set up a recurring auto payment for parent pay? We are having to either top up ahead of time or pay weekly in person, neither of which are ideal. The latter is unnecessary admin and the former is inconvenient. Thank you

@RoddyRogerson Hello, there has always been an external email in addition to contacting us in the the account.  There are some new changes being introduced into the system and this may be why it is currently unavailable for a period.
