📍 𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 The SPRINTER Project consortium met at the Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. R&D Center in Genoa on 29–30 October 2025 for its 8th Plenary Meeting. 📄 𝗔 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 🤝 Our partners at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Grupo de Optoelectronica y Tecnología Láser (GOTL)) present a new dielectric rod waveguide (DRW) method to study materials at mm-wave and THz frequencies. 🚀 The @SPRINTER_EU Project was proud to be represented at the International Conference on Infrared Millimeter and Terahertz Waves (#IRMMW-THz 2025) in Helsinki! 💡 Our partners from Grupo de Optoelectronica y Tecnología Láser (GOTL) (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) presented innovative work on a 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅. 🔬 This method enables accurate material characterization without damaging the sample, offering new possibilities for non-destructive sensing and photonic integration in the Terahertz domain. 🎉𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱! As we mentioned a while back, the @SPRINTER_EU Project headed to Barcelona for #ICTON2025 and it was a great chance to share what we’ve been working on.
