@elliot_solution I think this is an example that shows that leaders are a sample of the community at large. Yahoo boys from Ogun are generally rated another level because the way the society over there mostly views them is akin to seeing people as not being successful except you are in it.

A Nigerian government official stole 20,000 American identities and scammed the American government out of $2.4 million. When Hurricane Harvey tore through Texas and left thousands of Americans homeless, he was sitting in Nigeria filing fake disaster relief claims in their names. When Irma hit Florida weeks later he did the same thing. He had been doing this quietly for years and nobody had caught him. Then COVID hit and everything shut down overnight. Millions of Americans lost their jobs and started filing for unemployment benefits just to feed their families. He already had over 20,000 stolen American identities. Real names. Real social security numbers. Real people who were now desperate and filing for help. He filed their claims before they could and collected their money across 17 different states. With the stolen funds he bought a Mercedes SUV and shipped it back to Nigeria. He posed for magazine photos with it and got a government appointment. He came back to America on a business class ticket. When investigators caught up with him he was at JFK Airport about to board his flight home, wearing a $10,000 watch and a $35,000 gold chain. They arrested him at the gate. From jail he was recorded on the phone trying to move money around. He got 5 years in a US federal prison. The US Department of Justice press release identified him specifically as the Special Assistant to the Governor of Nigeria's Ogun State. The governor said nothing. Not a statement. Not a condemnation. Nothing. His name was Abidemi Rufai. His boss is Dapo Abiodun. 💀🇳🇬🇺🇸

I laugh in Chinese 😂 Should I burst your bubble? Let me burst it because I see that you don’t want to learn. You have been fed with lies and it has compounded your ignorance. You are confusing the first three hundred years of early Christianity with the last 1700 years of Christendom. Yes, the early followers of Jesus were persecuted. However, the moment the Roman Empire adopted Christianity under Constantine and later made it the only legal religion with the Edict of Thessalonica in 380 AD, the persecuted became the violent persecutors. Pagans were slaughtered and their temples destroyed. Have you read about Charlemagne? During the Saxon Wars in the 8th century, he issued a law called the “Capitulatio de partibus Saxoniae.” His official state policy was baptism or death. I know you don’t know this Barbie 😂. He beheaded thousands of Saxons in a single day at the Massacre of Verden for refusing to convert. When the Conquistadors arrived in the Americas, they read a document called the “Requerimiento” to the native populations. It demanded they submit to the Church and the Spanish Crown, or face war, enslavement, and death. Was that people repenting and turning to Jesus? State violence played a huge role in Christianizing Europe and the Americas. Now let me turn to Islam. I see that you are ignorant, and this has made you conflate political expansion with religious conversion. When Muslim armies defeated the Byzantine and Persian empires, they conquered land and established political authority. They did not put swords to the necks of civilians to change their faith. If they did, places like Egypt, Syria, and Persia would have become Muslim overnight. However, historical records show these regions remained majority Christian and Zoroastrian for almost 300 years after the initial Islamic conquest. They converted gradually over centuries under the Dhimmi system because they were protected and allowed to keep their faith. Take a look at the largest Muslim populations today. Indonesia, Malaysia, and massive regions of East and West Africa. No Muslim army ever marched there. Islam spread entirely through trade routes, scholars, and the moral character of Muslim merchants. Do not take my word for it. Sir Thomas Arnold, a non-Muslim historian in his book “The Preaching of Islam” thoroughly dismantled this sword myth. In fact, the famous British historian De Lacy O'Leary wrote in his book “Islam at the Crossroads” and stated expressly that: the myth of the legend of fanatical Muslims sweeping through the world and forcing Islam at the point of the sword is one of the most fantastically absurd myths that historians have ever repeated. Will I open your head and speak truth to it if you can’t be open minded to learn? This subject matter is well above your pay grade. Maybe your boss Dachomo will do better. And I promise, I will school him. Thank you for your attention.

@YusufAsunmogejo Why is it that there is one religion in the world founded on conquest, war, and violence? While Christianity spread through persecution, through people repenting and turning to Jesus, Islam spread by force.

Did you know that today anti-war protests broke out in Israel? You didn't because the media is suppressing it. Both the US and Israeli citizens are protesting the war calling for regime change cjamge. The US and Israel started a war with Iran hoping to change the regime and today, the reverse is the case.

@ikemoo4life @lorddrey I really didn't want to comment, because most people with this points are not really worth arguing with. One thing is just how is it that the Western media gets its numbers, e.g some will say "Nigeria has 200 million citizen", a civil example

The United States’ CIA, as at 1985, knew about Abubakar Gumi, the father of Sheikh Gumi you know today. They also knew he was being funded by US ally Saudi Arabia. *Gheikh Gumi succeeded his father. This is for those of you who are being fooled by America. You better receive sense now before it's too late.

It is beyond irresponsible for public figures to weaponize their followers' trust to lead them into financial slaughterhouses, especially in this economy. Forex is a high-risk skill, not a "get rich quick" button. We’ve all seen these posts: a flashy influencer promising you "passive income" via a Telegram link, claiming to have an "AI BOT" with a high win rate. But here is the reality: The "Free" Bait: The bot is often garbage (or doesn't exist). It’s just a shiny object to get you into a Telegram channel. The Real Product: You aren't the user; you’re the commission. They need you to click that affiliate link and deposit your hard-earned money. The Conflict of Interest: Many of these brokers pay "Loser Rebates," meaning the "guru" and the influencer actually make more money when you lose your capital. Stop being the exit liquidity for people who already have enough.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE 7.5% VAT ON TRANSFERS: STOP PANICKING! If you’ve seen the news that a 7.5% VAT on mobile transfers and USSD transactions starts on January 19th, you might be worried that the government is about to "eat" your money. The headlines are scaring people, but the math shouldn't. A lot of people are misinterpreting this directive. Let’s break it down simply so you can see the actual impact. 1. The Big Misconception Many people think that if they send ₦100,000, the government will take 7.5% of that amount (which would be ₦7,500). THIS IS 100% FALSE. 2. The Reality The 7.5% VAT is NOT charged on the money you are sending (the principal). It is charged ONLY on the SERVICE FEE your bank or fintech (Moniepoint, OPay, Kuda, etc.) charges you. 3. Let’s Look At The Math If you send ₦100,000 today: • The Principal: ₦100,000 (Your money) • The Bank Fee: ₦50.00 (What the bank charges for the service) • The 7.5% VAT: ₦3.75 (This is the charge, 7.5% of the ₦50 fee) • EMTL (Stamp Duty): ₦50.00 (The standard flat levy) • TOTAL COST TO YOU: ₦100,103.75 4. What about USSD? If you use a code like *737# or *919# and the session fee is ₦20: • The 7.5% VAT on that fee is ₦1.50. • Your total cost becomes ₦21.50. It is a kobo-difference, not a life-changing amount. 5. Why Is This Happening? 🤔 The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) is simply ensuring that all digital services are fiscalized. Just like you pay VAT on a bottle of drink or a data plan, you are now paying VAT on the service of digital banking. The Bottom Line: Your savings are safe. Your capital isn't being slashed. This is a tax on the bank's commission, not your hard-earned wealth. Don’t let misinformation cause unnecessary stress. There is a huge difference between a Tax on your Money and a Tax on a Service Fee. Share this to clear the confusion!

I'm just trying to make sense of all this. When the US declared its intention to intervene in Nigeria to stop the mass killings, Nigerians complained. "Nigeria is a sovereign nation," this and that, they said. But on Christmas Day, when those targeted missile strikes hit the terrorists, many Nigerians celebrated it. Now, the US has captured the Venezuelan president, Maduro. And it seems that many Venezuelans, around the globe are happy. Yet others are complaining on behalf of Venezuelans. In all, can’t we just see and amplify the good in all of these.

If the strike carried out by America, under the authorization of the Nigerian government as stated by Minister Yusuf Tuggar, had actually killed Bello Turji and his bandit group, or members of Boko Haram or ISWAP, I am certain that most people in Northern Nigeria would have praised the government—and some would even have commended the United States. But instead, they came to Sokoto State, struck an empty area where there were no fighters, fired weapons near a hospital, and then the U.S. President and his officials went to the media to tarnish the image of Northern Muslims. How do you expect the people of the North not to be angry? How can they not feel that this was deliberately planned to oppress and humiliate them? Sokoto is an Islamic caliphate and a historic seat of Islam in Nigeria. What kind of attack is this—launching weapons near a hospital and then going to the media to claim you killed Muslims who were allegedly killing Christians?
