@gingasvr Yes, lock it behind a 3k desktop and then attempt to get major studios to spend years making a single VR game on the off chance the player has a headset AND an expensive personal computer AND wants to sit for 40 hours with it hangind off their head while you exercise to play it.

I’ve said this hundreds of times. VR has a reputation problem, that’s why it’s in the place it is now. You can’t expect people to take it seriously when majority of content is freemium low poly gorilla tag clones with screaming kids PCVR is how it’s stops being a gimmick🤷‍♀️ #vr

@gingasvr I say charge for mods. People deserve to get paid for what they do. Everything these days is a race to bottom with people feeling they deserve everything for nothing. If developers can't make money in the VR space, they won't bother.

Paid mods are worse than free mods. Luke Ross was charging $ for an app that gave you bigger screen in VR for copyrighted IPs. was cool for about 15 minutes. There’s been tons of talented mod creators that have made full 6DOf VR mods.. for FREE. No I don’t feel bad for Luke #vr

@Rengle820 I'd like to have a spot like that that isn't sports, virtual club, or military themed. Why has no one made one? Is it because Adults can't imagine any other kind of 3rd space?

Most folks building in VR right now want to be the next new hot spot for kids to hang out. We're going the other way. We want to be the spot where adults want to hang out and chill and take a mini vacation every day for an hour or so. A resort like experience.

@NathieVR It's becoming a race to the bottom. Sad.

Quest users aren't just playing more free-to-play games, they're also watching more content about them. I've noticed a lot of YouTube creators shifting toward covering free experiences over paid ones since they tend to get better views and help their channels grow.

@NathieVR I think Resident Evil 4 and 8 have come the closest.
