South Carolina pitching coach Justin Parker is headed to Mississippi State. South Carolina hires Liberty pitching coach Matt Williams to replace Parker. This is an excellent replacement, in my opinion. Matt Williams is an excellent pitching coach and has a lot of ties to SC.
