@Splitown
We replicate the experience of buying with friends by connecting you with friends. Split the bills. Buying alone simply is too expensive. It sits and waits.

‼️🇫🇷 France just mandated digital ID for every citizen by banning social media for minors. Under 15s will be blocked from IG, TikTok, FB, Snapchat and any platform allowing interactions, public broadcasts or user communities. The banlist is determined by French regulator Arcom.

@SirDanofC Maybe your property aspirations are higher than ours were? And, today's MW wage adjusted for inflation is t.w.i.c.e as much as l started on, £200 v £400. I do feel for today's young, l've 3 kids in their 20's, but is it a worse work environment than what l entered, late 70's?

@Red_Blovk09 Communism- we all poor Communists was born out of jealousy

do democrats have a plan to help working class Americans

@zapatas_mom I find Americans always doubt when something sounds too good. Like you tell them. "Imagine living in a city. Where you can just walk to a shop, gym and cafe etc within 15 mins" They be like. "This must be a scam. You probably want to control my freedom" 😂😂

As far as I can tell diffusion is happening unusually rapidly in education, health, and law - which really puts a damper on arguments that regulation will slow AI diffusion.

Can't help but think the rise of AI is really aided by the fact that Google and Youtube search is almost unusable half the time now

Its cause when covid happened and for the first time in history immigration was closed and new hungry workers weren't arriving. What happened? Largest shortage for workers. Those who worked set unbearable terms just to stay. Companies had to lower standards to find people. The solution? Open the floodgates. And what they did? Opened the floodgates. And now everyone is crying oh i can't charge $1000 an hour like i used to and cheap labor taking my jobs. Well that's called competition. And it always fixes any imbalances in economy.

Chinese infrastructure photos are wild because they seem so advanced, except then you're reminded that China has a GDP per capita similar to Mexico. Impressive 30+ year gains, but what this tells us is that infrastructure is actually kinda easy to do!
