@VirginAtlantic @richardbranson Hi Luke, unfortunately, I have spoken to your agents via phone and email. I was told that the resolution team don’t need anymore volunteers and I would have to pay for changes. Also, they can’t resolve my complaint and I can take it further by making another complaint.

I was wrong! We had an email to ‘volunteer’ to go on an earlier flight. If so this would’ve resolved my problem and I would’ve received a voucher/air miles. However, there was a time frame for this!! Sadly, I was busy in work so didn’t have chance to reply on time. I explained..
