@FACEIT_Darwin My friend that was playing tourneys with me got a perma ban, was 30 days but he got an email 2 days later saying he was permanently banned he never afk'd, so i think it was for joining tournaments back to back and checking in before they started neither of us knew this was banable didn't bother to read tournament rules all the way through and his english isn't amazing he's in NA for school. @Stitchs_CS I've raised this with the team that issued the ban, as that feels a bit too harsh imo. I'll let you know what they say

I received a 30-day cooldown on Tuesday after my ESEA Main match ended. I went to pug, and it was there. The reason for the ban is AFKing a single 1v1 tournament. That tournament was AFK'd because Faceit's servers went on hold during the 2v2 tournament I was in prior. I've never had an issue joining a tournament that starts an hour later. I haven't played anything except 2v2s recently. I just wanted to try the new 1v1 tournament format that was recently released. A friend asked me to play the 1v1 with him after we finished the 2v2. Because of a "Hold" on two games in the 2v2 and us going to overtime in the finals, I was unable to make the 1v1 tournament start. Unluckily, I was the only one of the three people in the 2v2 who signed up for both, and I had to play instantly in the 1v1 due to my Round 2 match also getting a bye. I chose to stay in the 2v2 finals because I don't really care about Faceit points and was only playing because my buddy asked me to. I feel that issuing a 30-day platform abuse ban in the middle of an ESEA season—while we still have a chance at playoffs— (even if slight) is completely unreasonable for a single AFK caused partly by your servers. @AyyeUnruly its not aim assist thats the problem plug in a controller and try its cheats not aim assist

Highguard is such a fun and intense game. However. Ranked is miserable without a stack. Controller is actually cheating and you can apply aim assist to mouse and keyboard. I feel bad for genuine aimers but its gunna be a roller dominated title. No shade ofc but fuck its wild.
