i love cs so much. i think about it all the time. i put so much effort into it. i am confident in myself. but being in north-america is a predetermined downfall. i'm not one who usually likes the excuse of being in elo hell, because extentfully you are it. but like it's so sad.

Dear @FACEIT, Your Anti-Cheat failed, disconnected players, and I get punished for it. I never abandoned the match. I repeatedly tried to reconnect, returned as soon as the issue was fixed, and finished the game.

Hey @FACEIT, @FACEITcs, @FACEIT_Darwin @FACEITSupport @donk1337 @CS2News_EN Can you explain how your rules are applied equally to everyone? A regular player dodges a match and their bans keep stacking. 30 minutes, then longer, and there's no instant help from support, even for Premium users waiting days for ticket responses. Meanwhile, donk dodges a match, receives a 30-minute ban, and is unbanned after about 2 minutes, allowing him to queue again immediately. I'll attach screenshots showing the timeline. How is this fair? Do some players have direct access to admins while everyone else is expected to wait? If so, why are different rules being applied depending on who the player is? If some players can dodge a match, get instantly unbanned, and queue again until they get a map or matchup they prefer, then why is anyone surprised they reach 5000 Elo while other top players struggle around 4000? Doesn't that create an unfair competitive advantage? We deserve a transparent explanation.

@xertionics2 That's not the matchroom you posted in either ticket. You posted this one: faceit.com/en/cs2/room/1-…, which is a cancelled game. The match you're actually talking about has already been reverted and the Elo added manually
