Cleaning up computer files This is me, circa 1983 I called orders direct to trading floors - waited hrs for some fills in fast mkts We had monitors with black background that flashed prices in neon. No computer charts, no computer period. Just flashing quotes. Paper charts phone

@Stroodey Exactly. It's something every long term successful trader learns early. Then they learn how to size up.

As a trader for over 15 years, I can tell you (from experience) what causes the most failure. Almost no one ever talks about it, because nearly everyone gets it wrong. It's not your strategy. It's not your stop loss placement. It's your position sizing. As rule of thumb, if your account balance is less than the cost of a high end sports car, you're probably trading with too much size. If you're struggling, take a month and size down. Report back with your findings.
