Chris Fagan is unsure whether the Lions will be willing to match huge Zac Bailey free agency bids. 👀

Lance Collard remains steadfast that he said 'Maggot'. He's not wavering from his version of events, which differs from the Frankston Dolphins player's version of events. Not an easy one for the AFL to navigate. @1116sen @LockedInSEN

Lance Collard is in hot water again for an alleged slur used in the VFL. Tom Morris with an update on where things sit. #Cygnett | #AFL

@TheCockrel45 @FOXFOOTY Ughh, dumb or just ignoring the rules that were in place for every team?
English

@FOXFOOTY It helps when you get given a free top 4 pick by the afl
English

“I’m worried about that list.”
In an uncomfortable reality for three rival rebuilding clubs, the Eagles might have already eclipsed them with their burgeoning rebuild.

@steveosaurusrx @FOXFOOTY Right, while Essendon and Carlton have been doing what exactly? At least WC get a flag before bottoming out.
English

@FOXFOOTY They've passed Essendon and Carlton in a rebuild?
Both of those teams have barely started a "rebuild" and WCE have been bottom 3 for 5 years
English

@RalphyHeraldSun Wait, is the C word not a suspension these days? It's hard to keep up with the word policing these days.
English

Tristan Xerri: "So I took the set shot, and was quite displeased with the names I was being called. I was getting called a weak C word, an F-ing flopping C word… I was walking towards the man on the mark and I was being accused of the things I just mentioned. They were accusing me of flopping and calling me a weak C for flopping and I wanted so show them I don’t do that, I had a genuine reason that I was on the ground. I wanted to show them I was bleeding, that was my intention, touching my nose."
Xerri admits he knew he had blood on his fingers when he put them on McGrath's cheek

You absolutely can’t make this up. Just got this text from our corporate lawyer. The most predictable thing ever from the morons @tBushGaming That’s what I get for paying for these fools to go to London.

English

@FootyonNine He’s only saying this because of Daicos links to Tassie
English

"You're saying delay Tasmania having an AFL team?"
With Tassie's stadium pushed to 2031, Eddie McGuire believes a 'serious discussion' is starting around the AFL about whether the Devils' entry needs to be delayed by two further years.

@darrentill2 She’d beat you to be fair though.
She’s a world champion boxer and you’re a former MMA fighter. I’m not saying she’d knock you out or anything, it’s possible but I think she’d get a clear unanimous decision.
Boxers are just on a different kind of level.

As Justin Longmuir revealed on 7News tonight, Pat Voss was immediately remorseful for his actions on Saturday night.
The @freodockers forward reached out to Harrison Petty after the game, Petty accepted his apology.
English

@TheRunHomeSEN The most predictable take of the week haha.
Andy comes across as a bloke who's been taunted a lot in life.
Voss is a lunk head moron but Andy is very soft.
English

Andy has an axe to grind with players taunting their opponents after Patrick Voss was fined for going at Harrison Petty.

Patrick Voss spoke to select teammates and staff today at the @freodockers to apologise for his taunting of Harrison Petty. Specifically, he was sorry for his actions taking away from the team.
Those he spoke to made it clear to him they want him to continue to tread the line and they love the way he plays.
This followed a $1500 sanction from the MRO.

@PurpleHerring1 @WineGlassTatt @FOXFOOTY Congrats on your......decent seasons?...
Did you celebrate?
Win a flag or you're nothing.
English

@StuartFromAus @WineGlassTatt @FOXFOOTY Sorry mate but as much as you don’t want to admit it we’ve never been as shit as you. You’ve won 12 games in 5 years
English

Harley Reid claimed this act by his Kangaroos opponent was "a bit dog".
But the Match Review has instead blamed Harley for "abruptly changing direction" and cleared Charlie Comben of any sanction.

@PurpleHerring1 @WineGlassTatt @FOXFOOTY Haha, what's in your backyard that we'd want?
We've had plenty of good seasons (and you've also had plenty of bad ones). The only ones that matter are the ones when you lift the cup and you've never done it.
English

@StuartFromAus @WineGlassTatt @FOXFOOTY Out here pretending Eagles supporters aren’t constantly looking over in our backyard proves my point about you being delusional
English

@PurpleHerring1 @WineGlassTatt @FOXFOOTY Mate look in the mirror. You losers (30 years and counting of fuck all achievements) are flying and you're still obsessed with West Coast.
Always in our shadow hey.
English

@WineGlassTatt @StuartFromAus @FOXFOOTY They are all fucking delusional when it comes to their golden manchild
English

@WineGlassTatt @PurpleHerring1 @FOXFOOTY Didn't say it wasn't. The point was that it was the furthest thing from staging to be hurt by that a tackle that heavy.
English

@StuartFromAus @PurpleHerring1 @FOXFOOTY “When Xerri nearly split him in half” that’s called a legal tackle mate
English

@PurpleHerring1 @FOXFOOTY Examples, please? When Parker elbowed him in the head? When Xerri almost split him in half or when this flog punched him in the head?
Which one is staging exactly, you moron?
English

@FOXFOOTY Finally got one right. Not sure how Harley wasn’t fined at least a couple of times for staging in this game though
English

@Sammy__Edmund How nice of him to commit to maybe doing the job he's being paid to do.

Bobby Hill has taken a big step towards an AFL comeback, committing to a regular training plan.
The Collingwood star is back in training away from the club.
Hill has been a regular sight at suburban venues in recent weeks, with the company of a training partner, as things take a positive turn.
Bobby has also started reconnecting and talking to more Collingwood teammates in recent times, further fuelling belief he may be closing in on a return.
