The AFL loves revisionism of history like Ess v Coll ANZAC Day. Tasmania had a team in the VFL as recently as 2008 and they were called the Devils. I respect this is the new iteration of the team but this ⬇️ ain’t it.

it’s such a weird choice by the AFL to not have a game in either WA or SA for the first 2 rounds of the season. two of the biggest footy markets, and fans have to wait until 3 weeks into the season to see their teams in person.
