Ben Aveling- Radmore Farm

Completely agree with Clive. Having been a diversified farm for 20 years I know this all too well. It wasn’t long after we set up Radmore Farm Shop I noticed “Redmore Farm” appeared somewhere on shelves 😂 you couldn’t make it up. Supermarkets including @Tesco have to stop. It’s misleading the consumer.
Clive Bailye@TWBFarms

None of these farms exist All are works of fiction by @Tesco supermarkets This #FarmWashing practice should be made illegal, it deceives consumers and makes nonsense of @RedTractorFood traceability Food labelling should be clear, country of origin should be clear #BuyBritish

@DRDFellows @Pxfarms We have a field where we sow parallel to the poles and only go under at the ends as they hang too low to get under in the middle of the field. Takes them out the equation when spraying as well

I’ve seen @Pxfarms talking about this a lot, this is unacceptable in this day and age. A industry with an awful health and safety record subjected to risks like this. All it would take is a new operator in the dark and we could have a fatality. If you need backing, I’m here James

@TWBFarms Absolutely agree. It’s time that the British beef industry stops being measured by U S production techniques using feed lots and hormones, a lot of our cattle are predominantly grass fed and don’t produce the same amount of greenhouse gases as feed lot beef.

Sorry not good enough ! that was clear & demonstrable slander of an entire industry Take legal action and demand compensation, it might make the next presenter of “alternative facts” think a little more carefully about what they say

Thank you to presenters Ben Thompson and Sally Nugent on @BBCBreakfast for correcting the River Action CEO James Wallace. Hormonal growth promoters have been banned in the UK for over 30 years. Listen at 1:51:08 👉 ow.ly/HB5V50T39mI

@Countrylifemag Hmm - #partridges doubtless captive bred as are millions of #pheasants, and devastating the biomass available for wild birds and small mammals. Not the illustration of farming in harmony with nature!

@The_wilk79 I’m guessing you’ve never sold wheat to Vivergo or Ensus then let alone Rape to crush for bio diesel- no difference to an AD plant except you don’t have the digestate back on your land!

Why does nobody talk about AD plants that can pay extorniate rents and take away from UK food security ever increasingly,AD plants should be limited to ground that can't support sustainable food production same as solar farms..guess cash is king and nobody actually cares for food

The bagged silage was then stacked up and each one tied with a cable tie, we tried other methods and found that cable ties gave a better seal. I don't know if wrapping was about in 1991, it certainly hadn't got to this part of sleepy Lincolnshire!!
