Second drill going to get as much ⁦@Warburtons⁩ milling wheat in the ground before next rain

First bit of wheat going in the ground. Only stubbles will drill as cultivated stuff is too wet for now.

Hopefully last day of winter wheat 🌾 🚜

@tractorman07 I have had issues all the way along but particularly during the cold spell mid April on wet heavy land. All with 1000 g/ai or over.

@h44782880 No mate, neither fields inherently wet, before beans sprayed on March 22nd, this field coming wheat sprayed March 26th.

Only problem we have on a few fields is blackgrass where one particular brand of glyphosate we used pre drilling has given awful results.

A fortnight ago a duck pond , now an up and coming skylark plot . Lovely

No flood recovery fund email arrived for this holding. Other land owners which didn’t flood have received the email?? Lost for words

@h44782880 was it 2000 when it shut the road ? had to go home round by Keadby to get back to misterton every night

@tractorman07 Flew from Gainsborough to Newark and same scene all the way along the river. A lot of properties and loads of caravans with serious flooding issues
