@Se_Railway Why are contractors treating this as their private parking area, forcing pedestrians to walk between their vans to get the station? And why are some idling their engines for 20 mins plus and polluting the air? They should demonstrate more consideration.

1/2: Two years ago I dropped hollyhock seeds into this strip along a bike route in Elephant and Castle, as I was so frustrated each time I cycled along this scrubby patch that was a neglected eyesore. Last year nothing happened. But this year, look what's come up!
