Look at all the pathetic broker notes on dividends etc to clear circular debt. Every few months someone gets a new idea to pitch and then it gets mainstreamed and then investors rerate in these companies and then it fizzles out. Even after the promulgation of SOE Act 2023 we have yet to see elections In these companies let alone being properly governed!
