Xbox boss Asha Sharma has responded to criticism over the inclusion of competitor platform logos in Xbox showcase presentations, admitting the decision was a mistake and confirming the company is discussing changes for future events. The backlash followed Xbox’s decision to display PlayStation and Nintendo logos alongside game announcements during its showcases. “Seeing the feedback on logos. It was a miss, and I own it. We are talking about how we adjust for future Xbox shows.” Xbox is apparently now reconsidering how platform information will be presented in future showcases.

Someone went and “dug up” or had a picture of tweet when I went to rehab last year for pain meds to use as a dig at me all over video games. I’ve spoken about it, and I have been sober from opiates and alcohol for 14 months in June. It can happen to anyone, and I pray it does not happen to you. I went and received help, and continued to work on remaining sober. This is why I just block now and not even engage. These are video games guys, and I chose to share about my sobriety to hopefully help someone else get sober too! Be better man.
