Yesterday the market reacted sharply to the warrant headline, and many immediately jumped to the worst conclusion. The stock pulled back, emotions ran high, and the narrative quickly shifted to “dilution.” But if you were watching the tape, Level 2, and order flow, a different picture started to emerge. Consider the volume. Yesterday alone saw over 8M shares traded, and today volume is once again coming in strong as price begins reclaiming ground. That type of action doesn’t usually reflect forced dilution. What it often signals is absorption. Those shares had to transition somewhere and what we’re likely seeing is supply moving from uncertain hands into stronger ones willing to hold. Markets generally don’t rebound this quickly unless supply is being digested and transferred. Now look at the order book and flow today. Inflow has turned positive again. Larger orders are stepping back in. The bid side is rebuilding while the ask continues to thin out. That’s exactly the kind of structure you want to see following a major supply event. To me, the takeaway is straightforward: The market appears to be processing the warrants and shifting its focus back to the company’s underlying catalysts.
