🌐 THE STORY IN ONE SENTENCE American EcoFuels (formerly ECOX) is being rebuilt around Kepler GTL’s synthetic‑fuel technology, with control shared between CEO Richard Hawkins and GTL‑tech leader Brent Nelson, supported by a silent insider entity (Quantum Investment Fund I LLC) that strengthens Nelson’s voting power. 🧩 THE KEY PLAYERS (AND WHAT THEY CONTROL) 1. Richard C. Hawkins CEO, President, Chairman Controls corporate decisions, filings, and day‑to‑day operations Runs the public‑company side of American EcoFuels 2. Brent Nelson Director + 10%+ insider CEO of Kepler GTL Controls the technology the entire company is pivoting around Has additional influence through Quantum Investment Fund I LLC 3. Quantum Investment Fund I LLC 10%+ insider Uses the same Southlake TX address as the company Acts as a silent voting block aligned with Nelson 4. American EcoFuels (AEFO) The new operating identity of ECOX The platform for GTL, synthetic fuels, and modular energy systems 5. Kepler GTL The engine of the whole pivot Provides the GTL tech that AEFO will commercialize 🔥 THE SIMPLE CONTROL MAP Code Hawkins → runs the company Nelson → controls the technology + a major voting block Quantum Investment Fund I LLC → amplifies Nelson’s influence AEFO → the public platform Kepler GTL → the core technology Together, they form a dual‑control structure: Hawkins = formal authority Nelson = strategic + technical authority This is intentional. 🏭 THE GTL FACILITY ROLLOUT — SIMPLE VERSION Here’s how the GTL rollout actually unfolds, step by step. 1. Integrate Kepler GTL tech into AEFO AEFO becomes the commercialization arm for Kepler’s GTL modules. This is where Nelson’s influence is strongest. 2. Pick a site They choose a location with: Cheap natural gas Permitting advantages Infrastructure access Texas, Oklahoma, or Louisiana are typical. 3. Secure permits AEFO files for: Air emissions Water discharge Construction Hazardous materials This is the first public sign a facility is coming. 4. Raise capital They form a ProjectCo (a separate entity that owns the facility). Funding comes from: Strategic investors Infrastructure funds Government incentives Offtake‑backed financing Nelson’s tech + Hawkins’ public vehicle = strong pitch. 5. Build the plant An EPC contractor constructs: Modular GTL units Balance‑of‑plant Control systems Kepler GTL oversees technical integration. 6. Sign offtake agreements AEFO locks in buyers for: Synthetic diesel Naphtha SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) These contracts make financing easier and revenue predictable. 7. Commission the facility They run: Cold commissioning Hot commissioning First liquids Ramp‑up to full capacity This is when the project becomes a real business. 8. Replicate Once the first plant works, they: Build more License the tech Form JVs Expand into SAF markets This is where insiders benefit the most. 🎯 THE BIG PICTURE (IN PLAIN ENGLISH) American EcoFuels is being built as a synthetic‑fuel platform powered by Kepler GTL technology. Hawkins runs the company. Nelson brings the tech and a major voting block. Quantum Investment Fund I LLC strengthens Nelson’s influence quietly. Together, they can build GTL facilities, raise capital, and scale into a multi‑facility synthetic‑fuel producer.

@WhiteCandles3 i do believe this is the case. But i wonder why they are taking so long. Reverse mergers via OTC shell companies are suppossed to be faster and thats why you pursue that route instead. what gives with them/

@tharris789 I haven't seen this before, and not sure what it means, but wouldnt this be old news by now If it were ? The date is 3/30 and we're almost 2 months out from that. If anything, it means it has 30 more days or so for whatever this name reservation means

$ECOX slightly down but holding steady into the close American EcoFuels + Sustainable Aviation Fuel story still cooking. Corporate cleanup, SAF platform, and dual listing push all in motion. Quiet accumulation time. #TBHQ $ECOX #SAF #CleanEnergy

$ECOX If the dual listing goes live today or over weekend then we have a closed market on Monday, while Germany could trade the stock up? 😀
