@ClassicFord52 @DesireeAmerica4 Some states dont require plates to operate on "unlined" roads. Mine is one of them. Not all rules apply the same for every state. Also, its not a civilians job to enforce those laws regardless. Cant step in front of a 20 mph bike causing a crash and play victim.... blue check bot

I’m not even referring to the speed. I highly doubt those dirt bikes are allowed in his neighborhood, much like mine. That only shows one screen shot of his speed and he was probably going slower because he saw the neighbor waiting to address it. He was up and down the street multiple times before this so he could have been ripping it on a different pass down the street.
And I think it shows 27 btw.
