Happy to share our work on the cryo-EM structure of human tRNA splicing endonuclease TSEN bound to substrate (biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…). Our reconstruction helps rationalize mutants that lead to pontocerebellar hypoplasia. A big 'thank you' to everyone involved in this study!
