The more I post the more messages I get saying (this person) is definitely FOR or (that person) is definitely AGAINST. I will be working on the slate with some trusted others but please hold your vote for now. There are still five weeks left. Email ukgradpriority@proton.me if you want to reach out yourself.

I am running for BMA Council again, I have supported all pro-doctor motions, fought for FPR and UKGP, I have been one of the very few DV candidates on UK council until now - vote for us, in this specific order. Let's make some true changes happen!
DoctorsVote@DoctorsVoteUK

How to build a doctors-first union: Check your post for a ballot booklet and vote for a team that will deliver a strong and efficient BMA for you. Demand workplace support not internal meetings. Demand action not policy docs. Only a union laser-focussed on your priorities can win on pay, UKGP and ending dr substitution. Vote DoctorsVote for a doctors-first union.

Don't forget to return your BMA Council voting pack - I'm standing for Council again, so I can continue to fight for doctors and medical students. We need a strong union, and I'm driving forward our strategy to put power in the hands of the profession again.

@Rohith739 @UKGFirst @DrHWazir I don't think it's easy, but this is what UK grads have had to battle with for competitive specialities like surgery for years already. It's inconvenient but as I said I'm not sure what other options there are to reasonably give UK grads a fighting chance given circumstances.

UK Grad priority has been handled poorly But where were you 5yrs ago? Cowering in fear of being called racist, or actively involved in calling others racist for bringing it up? IMGs suffer today because our silence yesterday prevented a sensible & fair solution being discussed

Vote in the order given to build a strong team for a doctors-first union. This is really the last chance to save the BMA from itself and make it a powerful force for workplace support and fighting on issues of deep importance. That can’t happen without a new council.

UK Graduate Prioritisation ✅ I co-authored the policy against fierce opposition from international associations, the current BMA UK Council, and industry bodies who spared no expense trying to stop us. We won. It's now law. 2/7

@Xeon4f145d96s1 The top spot on the IMG slate has gone to someone who didn’t vote in the BMA ARM decision at all.

Everybody should vote for their chosen candidates in the upcoming BMA election. But for the love of god, don’t vote for people who can’t even be bothered to show up to RDConf. Or the ones that show up to ARM but can’t be bothered to speak up.

I'm standing for BMA council I'm pro trade union, pay, terms and conditions matters, I do believe in negotiation if it's working. Otherwise direct action. I also think that the professional association element is important but secondary. Please consider voting for me!
