Hence why Congress later passed the Indian Citizenship Act. In conclusion, birthright citizenship only exists insofar as Wong Kim Ark is current law, because you don’t get that from the text of the 14th Amendment.

The logic of choosing red is easy, you pick red and there’s no risk of death. I don’t care what anyone else presses because they’re not my concern. It’s not my job to save anyone, they have all the information they need to make an informed choice. My goal isn’t for everyone to live, they already have the ability to do so. Win win.

You’re adding additional facts to the scenario e.g., newborns and mentally incapacitated to justify your choice. Even if what you’re saying is true, I’m still not obligated to save you or others from their choice, which is functionally and intentionally different than murdering someone.
