Heads up: USCIS updated the wording of several case statuses today — without prior notice. As a result, Case Tracker correctly identified these changes and sent out status change notifications. There’s no issue on our end — everything is working as expected. #casetracker #uscis

@USCISCaseTrack case tracker is not working properly.checking online works, but when I refresh the page, it doesn’t update; the case still shows the old status.

USCIS web service has been down for the last ~6 hours. This is impacting case tracking.

@USCIS your Case Status website isn't working right now: egov.uscis.gov (page loads, but when you enter a receipt number it just spins and then 504 Gateway Timeout)
