If you’re not inspired by hearing from the top bodybuilders, powerlifters, Olympic lifters, and strongmen about their training methods - you have no heart. If you don’t realize that, at least some of them some of the time, did things uniquely suited to themselves that wouldn’t necessarily scale well to the general population as a whole - you have no brain.

@Spoon_town Cops/soldiers won't outshoot a competitive shooter. But they do a much better job of creating an environment where they have a tactical advantage bc maneuver is the name of their game. Anyone who isn't training both aspects is not long for this world imo.
