Many chocolate manufacturers are reducing or eliminating real cocoa and cocoa butter to cut costs. They are using cheaper vegetable oils and artificial fats instead to create "compound" chocolate products that often contain more sugar and fillers.  This is where Nigerian and Ghanaian chocolate manufacturers get it right - using real cocoa beans and cocoa butter. I just need them to create varieties with little or no added sugar. I am rooting for West Africa’s chocolate industry. I am excited about the shift from solely exporting raw cocoa beans to producing finished, bean-to-bar chocolate.

@McBluetoothCCFR @OurFavOnlineDoc I kinda agree to the give away Sha. Some wigs are very expensive and are investments themselves. E.g. burning a wig of say 300k is a lot. I'd rather give it out.

With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, the Diocese of Kaduna, Anglican Communion, announces the passing unto glory of The Venerable Edwin Achi, Priest-in-Charge of Ebenezer Anglican Church, Ungwan Maijero. Ven. Edwin Achi, who was kidnapped alongside his wife on 28th October, 2025, has been confirmed dead. His transition is a painful loss to the entire Diocese, the clergy, the Church family, and all who were blessed by his faithful ministry, humble spirit, and unwavering devotion to the service of God. We continue to pray for the release of his wife and daughter who are still in the hands of the kidnappers.

When it becomes a collective problem, when we realise that safety concerns all of us, then, that will be a starting point to holding the government accountable.

Are we really going to act like everything is ok in Nigeria? At what point do we say we are tired, enough is enough, we want to put an end to the killings.

8. As a communications expert, the press statements and other statements of the airline are a bit disappointing. It clearly shows there is no experience in crisis management.

6. Aside: As one person was previously allowed to issue an apology and not jailed, perhaps another should be given the same privileges. 7. All parties should be given a fair hearing. One sided narratives rarely convey the real picture of things.

I've been observing the narratives on the Ibom Air saga: 1. There could have been a more professional way of handling the situation. 2. There should be stiff penalties/sanctions for whoever released to the public, the footages of that lady naked.
