Spot on. How many discriminatory organisations pat themselves on the back for sending out ‘inclusive’ emails? Or maximising photos of the <5 non-white staff members? This describes most of the non-profits we receive disclosures about. Great branding, poor practice.

They have no problem sending ‘inclusive’ emails but will gladly sit around their racist colleagues and entertain their racist digs and behavior. They are the ones chopping it up with you in the building but yelling abuse with their families at the football game
