@VeryHelp2026 Hi I’ve done so, essentially item not delivered ,contacted evri ,not had anything back, I have video evidence no one entered my driveway that day ,the photo they’ve provided is not my home ,called very and was told they’d re send , email /my account shows they recharged me !

But I’m that agitated that it’s now passed my sons birthday! My son has done so well in school this year and I wanted to treat him to all the extras.
My friends and family use very and never had issues. Just very disappointed at the moment.

Imagine using @verynetwork to order my son’s iPad back on 22nd February. It’s for his birthday! Called twice to make sure it’s coming. Awful customer service, who said it’s going to be here today for my son’s birthday! I’m chasing this still today! What an absolute joke!

@VeryHelpers hi um not sure if you can assist with this or not but since you set it to require account number instead of email to login which have tried and can not find my number for some reason your system tells me can not find account tho it lets me reset my password
