Weather (17 degrees and sunny 👏) finally gave me a chance for my 1st @ChilternsCCC Tracking the Impact @WCBSLive survey today 👍 2 Green Hairstreaks the highlight. Got bit sidetracked by Grass Snake and Slow Worms under the reptile tins 🤫 and the amazing Fly Orchids too 👍

Breeding Bird Survey volunteers have also had the option to take part in the Wider Countryside Butterfly Survey (@WCBSLive) on their squares since 2009. Around 300 @BBS_birds volunteers contribute to this survey each year on their squares.
