Under this strict enforcement, any religious site functioning without a permit from the Ministry of Education will be immediately sealed by the police. Furthermore, the government has mandated that foreign nationals responsible for operating these unauthorised spaces will have their residency documents revoked and face automatic deportation. This crackdown follows a recent legal precedent in the Agios Nikolaos area of Athens, where a Bangladeshi national was deported for running an illegal prayer hall.

Nigerian national Gift Oladele, 24, was found guilty last week of raping a 19yr old British woman in woodland, near Wrexham last September. Judge Simpson concluded that the "continuation of the deportation order is not proportionate under Article 8 ECHR." They said the refusal by the Home Office to revoke the deportation order and to refuse his human rights claim has resulted in a breach of the Appellant’s protected rights. Oladele is expected to be sentenced for the rape next month. These monsters have more rights than the victims.
