If I take a flight and the baggage limit is 15 kg, if I carry 16 kg then I'll pay only for the extra 1 kg, not for the full 16 kg. But on Swiggy, I ordered lassi from 7.3 km away. I have a Swiggy One subscription where delivery is free up to 7 km. Instead of charging for the extra 300 meters, they charged me for the full 7.3 km. Makes no sense.
