These ESPN announcers are not very bright. Took them 10 minutes to figure out it was a Wild powerplay after ref said he was taking 2 Stars.

By your logic the a jet wouldn't need wheels to take off... a guy was riding in a truck at 50 mph and shot out of an ejection seat opposite direction of the truck he would land with zero momentum so if a jet weighing say 1000lbs would rely on the thrust to accelerate the wheels to achieve lift so if the ground was going as fast the opposite way the plane would never move or achieve lift
