@GuardianMetRes (LON: #GMET, OTCQB: $GMTLF), a US-focused tungsten exploration company with projects in Nevada, has launched the roadshow for its proposed US initial public offering, targeting proceeds of around $50 million through the sale of American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Each ADS will represent five ordinary shares. Based on the last reported AIM share price of £2.45 on 12 March 2026—equivalent to roughly $16.35 per ADS using an exchange rate of £1 = $1.3349—the offering could comprise approximately 3,058,100 ADSs, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Guardian Metal also intends to grant underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering, potentially increasing the total size of the deal. All ADSs in the proposed transaction will be issued by the company. The offering remains subject to market conditions, and there is no guarantee it will proceed or be completed on the currently proposed terms. Oil and gas spiked after Iranian strikes on Qatari and Saudi infrastructure, amplifying inflation risks already building from strong PPI, pushing some FOMC members to signal no rate cuts this year despite softer labour data. AI-linked names led losses as $MU ▼7% on higher capex plans despite strong earnings, dragging $NVDA and $AVGO ▼ >2%. US housing cracked with new home sales -17.6% to 587k, the weakest since 2022 despite lower mortgage rates. @FirstClassMetal has reported the discovery of additional visible #gold in core samples from #FCM's second drill hole at the Roy prospect on its Sunbeam Property. The finding confirms the presence of gold mineralisation within the targeted structure and follows the completion of the company’s planned drilling programme at the prospect. A total of 12 holes were drilled at Roy for 1,030 metres, exceeding the original 1,000-metre minimum programme. The drilling has confirmed the mineralised structure across a strike length of more than 300 metres. @JamesKnowlesFCM @MarcFCMetals CEO First Class Metals Commented: “The drill programme at Roy has to date been a resounding success. I was fortunate to be on site when the first visible gold was identified.
