@loonsu_ @PigeonHyper let's be honest, this doesn't work like that, they already tried doing same in 2020, results were: significantly less overall playcount, same top5 most played maps for 3/4 years, multiple mappers quit. Safe to say it just doesn't work, yet they do same now.

recent malphs/kauan bn kick seems like 'powerful mapping group' started killing the game by unaccepting the highest demand of playerbase's preference I respect mappers/modders who put big effort on mapping scene but can't we just accept most demands of players as possible? 1/?

@osuWhite Unusual shapes for normals are okay as long as they are understandable to new players, but if one of these goes back on itself then it's a no. On the other side, for hards confusing rhythms should be avoided since new player could misread them

RC test! Suppose a NHI spread: 4:41 song length / 4:11 drain (mid-map break) Normal: some unusual slidershapes (somewhat confusing for new players), but otherwise is easy. Hard: on the higher end of hard diffs, lots of active 1/4 and confusing rhythms. Is this rankable?
