@FiendStudios I understand that, its hard to find right regime. It doesnt have to be a few hour hike that destroys you. When there is a lot to do, i always go for a walk in the forest absorb positive energy and organize thougths. The connection with nature heals💪🏻

I had a really great psychiatrist, she just told me she is leaving healthcare for a little while. Hiking the country... My primary care physician is retiring, she's only working part time for the next year and then she will be retired and I'll have to find another. My therapist moved out of network recently and I haven't gotten around to looking for a new one. Change is inevitable. This would have devastated me a while back, now it just means more phone calls.
