Religious speech, political protest near certain locations, and even displaying symbols or flags that someone finds offensive could now fall under scrutiny. This isn’t a sudden overnight ban on criticism. It’s another incremental expansion of state power over speech, assembly, and symbols — the same pattern we’ve seen with other recent bills. **What this means practically:** - Be precise and factual in what you post or say publicly. - Understand that “I was just criticizing policy” is no longer automatic protection if someone frames it as targeting an identifiable group. - Watch the first enforcement cases closely — they will show how far this reaches.
