@ViatorTravel are scammers. I bought 4 "tickets" to Rila monaster, CLEARLY identified as tickets: Pre-book tickets to Rila Monastery to explore a UNESCO World Heritage Site with more than 1,000 years of history They didn't work at all, and now they won't give me a refund.

@ViatorTravel I am a supplier. In the Availabilty section, you click August 6, and it goes to August 5. Until 4 months ago, it went to August 6. Your software has been consistently doing this bug in the past 4 months. You guys will have a lot of non-bookings, the suppliers cannot handle.

@ViatorTravel Do not use these FAKKRS I paid for entrance to the Butterfly Exhibit only to be told I paid entrance only all the emails and messages told me different I want a full refund or a live person to reach out to me which they won’t but be careful out there.

@ViatorTravel hit me with a bait and switch for an excursion in the Bahamas back in January and refuses to refund me my money. $200 down the drain. I recommend staying away from their site. They clearly don’t vet vendors and don’t value customers.

Never use @ViatorTravel. They cancelled our tour and refusing a refund 😂. I paid $520 for a tour, you fail to provide the service of a tour and then say “Sorry, we didn’t follow through on services promised, but we’re keeping your money anyway.” Hard NO.

@ViatorTravel Very disappointing! I booked way in advance an all day walking tour in Jerusalem. After 2 confirmation messages and payment I received less than 48 hrs before the tour a message “tour canceled” - not enough people. Never again will I rely on Viator. It sucks!

@viatortravel vert disappointing that, at 06:30 this morning, I book a trip through you, you take the money and then send an w-mail that the trip isn’t guaranteed until the operator confirms. so now I am in limbo. Cant look elsewhere as you said the trip is not cancelable
