Tomorrow will be my last game with @TauntonTownFC, after which I'll be moving over to @BridgwaterUtd to head up their media team! I've been with the Peacocks for several years now and enjoyed it massively. Luffers has built a hell of a team, and the media is in safe hands with Bill. I'll miss so many people there and will be down as a fan as often as I can. 💜

@Starters_Orders Plus, how will you know where your horse likes to be ridden?

@Starters_Orders Is not knowing your horses reserves that realistic? Most jockeys report knowing if their horse is tanking/struggling and between. I imagine not knowing, combined with no distance and such, means you'll be in the dark and riding each race the exact same way.

Starters Orders 8 Jockey mode. The jockey mode HUD is now only visible in Simple mode. As before there are two modes: Simple and regular jockey mode (regarding the actual race). Simple mode also results in the horse taking off at the fence without player input. However, the player may adjust the reins depending on the horses stride/expected take off location. In regular mode there is no HUD and the player must initiate take off and will have no visual representation of the horses reserves. The jump off range for a horse depends on horse jumping parameters but this has been made slightly easier as many people had trouble getting their horses to complete a race (with SO7) especialy at certain courses. Some of the fences on the Grand National course at Aintree have been made easier to reflect reality. It was previously very difficult to get a horse around the national course and almost impossible if the horse had low or moderate jumping parameters. It still is tricky but the more difficult fences should be a touch easier that before. I may add an option to allow the player to add the HUD to regular mode right now I'm undecided.

Taunton Town Football Club is thrilled to announce that Dan Rowe has been appointed Assistant Media Manager 📲 Dan originally joined the club as a Videographer, capturing and creating outstanding highlight packages from the media tower during home matches. In his new role, he’ll take on greater responsibility within the media team, supporting William and the rest of the department with expanded content across the website, social media, and PR - engaging our growing audience. Dan has already hit the ground running, producing behind-the-scenes pre-season content, match round-ups, and additional clips for social media. @Starters_Orders Looks great. Is there a system built in to make some fences more difficult than others? Would be great for that traditional 3rd last round the bend to catch horses out like it does IRL.

Starters Orders 8. Cheltenham is already quite detailed and complex in terms of individual course routes and entity detail so all that has been done here is more superficial course entities added, minor stand adjustments and extra crowds.

Normally I’m fuming at judges in boxing for calling fights a draw unfairly. This time around I’m actually gutted that wasn’t a draw…

Unbelievable night getting invited down by the lads at @TauntonTownFC to spread awareness for mental health, meet the squad and choose/present the MOTM trophy. Moments like this I will never take for granted, still get goosebumps everytime I step onto a football stadium. I will always stress football is so much more than just a sport- to us fans. It’s what we live for A special thank you to the manager Richard Luffman for the shirt, interview and for introducing me to the players. £200 pounds raised from the fans, genuinely means the world. Wishing them all the best for the rest of the season ❤️
