Update: @AppleSupport said they will replace my ipad 4 with new iPad 4 for Rs 45K. I spent 60k earlier & now another 45k.
Interestingly when I told the customer service person to send this offer on email, he refused. He said he can't give anything in writing.

I have filed a complaint against the service call manager in @AppleSupport . They have even shared the case ID with me. @Apple is saying that they can replace ipad with additional cost. But till now I haven't got the figure. I'm waiting. I will fight it till the end.

Incident: 21 year old Abhigyan Gupta from Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh had come to Vrindavan with his father for darshan at ISKCON temple.
Outside the main gate a water spray cooler installed by the municipal corporation to provide relief from the heat had developed a live electric leak.
Abhigyan came in contact with it and was electrocuted on the spot.
He was rushed to hospital but doctors declared him dead on arrival.
