I find it unimaginable that the United States has not adopted poutine as our own. It has all our favorite food groups: fried, gravy, cheese and squeaky.

@donasarkar @AlaskaAir PLUS, your average power wheelchair is 25” wide while many airline aisles are narrower, so, they’d have to remove a first class seat, and they don’t want to (again, all about that money).

@ajacque that’s good it was an easy fix! mine works fine when it’s on, but trips the breaker randomly. should prob get it off the sub and onto the main. now it’s on and working overtime.

With all this rain and I’m learning my sump pump (probably more accurately the pipes) sounds like an demon for about 5 seconds at a time. Fun that it’s located directly below our bedroom.

@tmknsm Mine stopped working bout two weeks ago, called my plumber up, he came out and fixed it in a jif. Turns out, just needed to be jiggled—float was stuck. 🙃

@ajacque mine likes to just randomly stop working sometimes. came down to like 6” of water in the basement today 💀 should probably get this fixed.

@ajacque I grew up with a golden retriever and still adore them to this day.

Dog had a big day. Hung out at the local biergarten in the afternoon, long walk, a lil' nap, then hung out with like 10 teachers at our house (in varying degrees of inebriation), stole a slice of pizza, and then had the zoomies in the back yard. Now, he's crashed suuuper hard.

In an effort to get back in shape and get the dog some exercise too, I went for my first run in the better part of a decade and holy shit, my cardiovascular fitness is absolute garbage. Dog did fine though.
