Can’t see far away clearly anymore? You dont need glasses you need sunlight. Red and UV light. Myopia is like your low on sunlight alarm. The uv and violet light turns on the myopia suppression gene EGR1. When there is no EGR1 upregulation your eyes keep stretching longer which makes them not work as well. Indoor artificial lights have zero uv and little violet light. Sunlight through a window blocks out a ton of the UV. Sunglasses and contacts block the UV too. Your eyes need real daily sunlight to work best for longest. No sunglasses. No contacts. No windows. Go outside bro.
