Assuming my @Avis rental was so cheap because you have to pay for AC. 2 1/2 hrs in rush hour traffic from Dulles to Baltimore was no fun. The chocolate I brought back from the UK melted. Note to self - don’t assume in 93°+ heat the car will take a few minutes to cool down. Wait!

I’d like to extend a specific F U to the Des Moines airport @Avis location for closing down and leaving tonight before several delayed flights arrived. No after hours info or contact available. Though the other rental agencies had their counters open, none had cars available. So myself and several others who had Avis reservations were completely screwed. Now I’m forced to Uber everywhere, which is a complete pain in the ass. Last time I use @Avis here.
