@Avis gave me a vehicle with a missing wiper blade which I only discovered while driving on the highway when it started raining. Then, your customer service rep deliberately sat on silent for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. Unacceptable, awful company.

@Avis I am victim of fraud by Avis Budget Group EMEA at Rome Airport. I was sent photos allegedly showing an empty fuel tank + damage to bumper. After arguing @Avis acknowledged that the fuel charge was an "error" and issued refund. But refused to reverse the fake bumper damage.

i never rant but i’m traveling with my whole family rn, went to @Avis at lax to get a rental i bought weeks ago, the counter guy accused me of lying and said i signed up for it on the line, both workers refused to help me, told me to be honest or get out, i was trying to figure out what to do and he ended up being like “nvm ill help you because you look stressed out” and then gave us the car i had to beg and promise i wasn’t lying, my reservation literally says i booked it weeks ago 😭😭 im probably just being sensitive but when you’re taking care of your older parents after a long flight it really sucks to experience something like this 😭😭

@Avis charged us $473 for a broken windshield that wasn’t broken when we returned the car. The manager told corporate that the windshield wasn’t broken when car was returned. Avis will still not give us a refund.

Hello @Avis - I have followed and DM’d you - no response. My wife called an Avis location this morning and is getting the run around. We booked a full size and are being charged for a a full size and she got a small electric car. Rental agreement says the car was rented with a full 8/8 charge, but as the picture shows above it wasn’t even half charged.

@Avis And I never got my AADVANTAGE miles because apparently the girl at the counter closed my reservation and opened a new one. The car was dirty, with smoke marks inside and outside, unwashed, horrible experience. Would never use this rental again.
