LONG FORM: Last Sunday, @blockfills – a crypto financial services company that originates crypto-backed loans – filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy via its parent company, Reliz Technology Group Holdings.
BlockFills was “one of the more quiet behemoths” of the trade, as @LygosFinance Co-founder @starkandlime put it. The company claims to have brokered $61 billion in trading volume last year, and its cap table includes investing stalwarts like Susquehanna and CME Ventures, the company’s Chapter 11 filing reveals.

JUST IN: Bitcoin mining firm BitFuFu (NASDAQ: $FUFU) reported a net loss of $57.4 million for the full year 2025 on Friday alongside a 2.7% increase in total revenue.
Total revenue reached $475.8 million by the end of December, compared to $463.3 million in 2024. Cloud mining solutions generated $350.6 million to account for 73.7% of total revenue.

🚨 JUST IN: Bitcoin slipped below the $70,000 threshold on Thursday, trading down 2.28% to $69,636.64 over the past 24 hours.
The price decline coincides with Bitcoin ETFs recording net outflows on Wednesday, breaking a seven day inflow streak, according to data from SoSoValue.
The spot bitcoin ETF market experienced $163.52 million in daily total net outflows on Wednesday.
