1/ In April 2026, $292M was drained from Kelp DAO's bridge. Within 48 hours, $13B had exited on-chain lending markets.
The contagion was a lending architecture failure: AAVE v3's pooled liquidity model let one compromised collateral asset cascade across every market exposed to it.
