@cleanestcoder No but I spent time last night having Fable retool my skill to be more token efficient. It definitely helped but Fable still burns tokens faster than the first 3 days it launched.

What "moving upstream" actually sounds like with a client: Not "here's a quote for the work." That's downstream. That's the hired hand. It's "before we do anything, let's get paid to find what's actually broken and what it's costing you." Vendor to advisor, one sentence.

They are definitely saying thank you lol. I just want them to see the big picture. It’s fine to bill Fortune 1000s massive API fees uncapped, but if they want their SMB power user super base to grow they need better tiers and access with reasonable cost. Otherwise the gap widens
