@British_Airways 72 hours in and no one I’ve spoken to can give me a definitive location on my bag. Really starting to feel like I’m being gaslit.

@British_Airways Are you kidding? I literally just told you I tried to do this and the site wouldn’t allow it. I need another way of tracking my bag.

@AcademyBus Bus 1608 stopped at Cheesequake for 20 mins. Driver walking around outside on the phone. Not telling passengers a single thing.
