@WelshTannery Marinate in sesame oil, chillies, salt, ginger, Chinese five spice and garlic for about 24-48 hours. Roast covered with foil in the oven at 170°C for 1.5 hours. Uncover and mix in 2tbsp dark soy, 2tbsp Shao xing wine, 2tbsp water, leave uncovered and turn up the heat for 10 mins.

Hey friends! Today I have the pleasure of announcing our newest beer in the Lost In Leith range! Double mutiny on the bounty, a 9.3% Imperial stout aged on lashings of coconut 🥥 it’s perfectly balanced bittersweet AND delicious. Also we have pretzels from our friends @breadshare
